Pablo and the second graders have been learning a lot about writing narratives stories with a beginning, middle, and end. Pablo already talked about how he learned to include dialogue, or talking with quotation marks. This week Pablo observed, "The second graders are great at writing comparisons to describe details in their stories. I especially liked Quinn's comparison: 'My pumpkin was as white as a penguin's belly!' I can't wait to read all of final drafts of these great stories."
